I am aware that if I suffer from any medical or psychological conditions, I should consult a medical practitioner before starting any new exercises. This is particularly important if you are overweight, pregnant, nursing, regularly taking medications, or have any existing medical conditions. The yoga classes may not be tailored to your current physical and mental health. So please make sure that you consult your doctors first. If you are not sure if a position is suitable for you, the teacher will show you an alternative. However, a yoga studio is not the place for medical advice. The studio accepts no liability whatsoever.

Don’t panic! It’s only yoga!
We compiled a few tips for your first visit in a yoga studio to make sure you have an overall pleasant and joyful experience from the very beginning
-
Please be there in time, so that everyone can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the class from the beginning.
-
Our yoga studio is our little sacred space. We do practices on the floor and the mat. So, let’s keep our space tidy and clean and leave our shoes at the door.
-
Please wear or bring some comfortable, loose clothes for our asana and meditation practices.
- Ahimsa (sanskrit for nonviolence) is yoga’s major ethical priciple. So please don’t bring fur to the studio and respect the athmosphere of the yoga space.
-
If you have a favourite yoga mat, you are of course very welcome to bring it with you. Otherwise, we have beautiful mats and props for all of you at the studio.
-
Please register in our list of participants before every class. Fräulein Yogini will then also stamp your cards.
- Be kind and gentle to yourself and others. We are here to support and grow with each other. Yoga is not a competition!
-
And last but not least: don’t forget to smile. A smile is the prettiest thing you can wear 🙂
